Orders
You may send your order and credit card information via telephone, post, fax or over the Internet using our secure website ordering arrangements.You should not send credit card details by email.
Delivery Schedule
We ship your order right away if we have the items in stock. We will normally send your order to you in 28 working days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . Please note that if you are ordering from outside the UK, you may have to pay import duty. We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if the UK VAT rate changes from 17.5%.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Returns Policy
All products offered by starscents have been created with great care however if you are not completely happy with any purchase please return it within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging. Please indicate to us why you are returning the item, and let us know whether you require the item to be replaced, exchanged for another jewellery item or whether you would prefer a refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
